Follow the link provided. When the page loads, left click on "News". When that page loads, look to the left of the page and left click on "download".

You want to click "News" and then navigate to "Downloads" in the left side of the screen. From there you scroll down until you find the game you want to use ENB for. From there you scroll down and you'll see the available versions of ENB for that game. Sometimes the specific binary you need is no longer available, so just pick the one that's closest to it in sequence.

the mod realvision enb has a good link to download the latest enb file that has d3d9.dll file in it. go to realvision enb and scroll down to section 4 where you are instructed to download latest enb file. there are 2 links provided 1 that says "enbdev.com" and another right next to it that says "here" hope that helps

The download icon can be elusive to spot. If you Google search specifically for 'Skyrim Enbdev' it should take you to the list of versions, click on the one you want, then right at the bottom there's an easily missed icon to click to start the download. It's like a box with a down arrow into it.

Here's v0.319. Just scroll all the way to the bottom, and icon is next to where it says 'download'.

v0.319
