tejano2828 Posted March 10, 2018 Share Posted March 10, 2018 (edited) Doing a quick search on that Video Card brought back some results such as "not a very good video gaming card" And also if you only have 4 GB system ram that is not enough to run both your OS and Skyrim that will kill your performance. Download "skyrim performance monitor" run that and see how many resources are being used up my guess your topping off on everything your hinderance is your laptop. I also checked the task manager and it's just using 600,000 of memory. I did a bit of tweaking like activating all of the cores of my laptop. And my performance did improve a bit.
