Vargantspy
Visual aid is awesome! Thank you! Now, how do I get Bodyslide to find the outfits once Vortex has placed them in the mods folder? There are no body types or outfits at present! Edit: Whelp, disregard my message, saw that you got help in the other thread.Edit 2: A word or two BodySlide should take the information from the mods that are deployed. So it's not enough to have them simply installed as they are still sitting in the "Mod Staging" folder. When you have them enabled however, they should be automatically deployed into the game folder. If they are not, you can press the "Deploy Mods" button to deploy them (I like doing this after installing a mod/batch of mods and before playing/touching a tool as a just in case thing). Once the body types and outfits are deployed, BodySlide should be able to read them. If you had BodySlide open the entire time, you may need to re-open it to get it reading the files. So I have a problem; BodySlide does not find the armor mods (yes, obviously BS compatible). They're installed properly, Vortex is showing the .esps etc. I've restarted the PC, reinstalled BodySlide multiple times, and even reinstalled Skyrim. I've tried using versions 4.7.0 and 4.6.2 of BodySlide, both of which works just fine with the CBBE body. Anyone know how to fix this? Hey I was having the same problem and finally figured it out: You need to make sure that under "Start In" Section that folder directory to Calente Tools then BodySlide. Something like this: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\CalienteTools\BodySlide. Once I did that, I just saved, and re-launched BodySlide. The outfits were there! I hope this helps you both and good luck!

I know old post but if that's been fixed please link. you need to use the ADD TOOL function on the dashboard. Read the section in the built in knowledge base in Vortex called TOOL SETUP: BODYSLIDE AND OUTFIT STUDIO It shows you step by step how to do it.People really need to start reading the knowledge base, it's there for a reason. Praelias
So, when I launch Bodyslide through Vortex, how is that going to work? All of the rest of my mods are in mo2 (I just switched earlier, when I realized I can't use NMM with Nexus anymore and it all routes to Vortex) and that includes my armors/clothes. At a glance, and I may totally be missing something since it's 6am and I haven't slept yet, none of the outfits seem to be showing up. Do I have to have the armors/clothes through Vortex too? And if so, will all my mods from mo2 and Vortex work properly in game, or will I have mods from only one mod manager showing in game?

Why do you have your mods spread across two mod managers? That's not going to work. Also, you can still download and use NMM You can download the latest version for github

I was trying to figure out how I can use Bodyslide with mo2, which doesn't seem to be an option, and as far as NMM is concerned, the site won't let me. I tried several times. It all routes to Vortex, and if I don't have Vortex on my computer, it just doesn't download at all.

That's because you need to download the newest version of NMM from the github link I posted, then install it, then run it as an adminsitraotor and open SETTINGS and check the box. It's not difficult

Do they stop supporting older versions? My NMM has been fine the entire time I've been using it up until this started happening yesterday, and I haven't messed with any of my settings or updated in a while. Due to some UK law about HTTP vs HTTPS the last version of NMM on this site doesn't work with the site anymore. You need at least 0.65.2, but I would recommend the latest version, because I think it can now handle large mods, and ESL files
