CTD just outside Bunker Hill and near Nahant

Well I have tried to update mods and read descriptions of most of the mods before installing them and yet I have been experiencing lots of CTDs in at least two areas of the game.

The first is Nahant, whenever I approach the area doesn't matter from which direction the game would crash. The closest my character could reach was just outside of the Croup Manor settlement from northwest over the water. The settlement and its settlers and everything would load but as soon as I get on the land the game would crash. From any other directions I wouldn't even be able to get close to the settlement which means that the settlement itself is not the cause of the ctd.

 

Then there is this small area west of Bunker Hill, just outside of the Bunker Hill area where there are usually a few raiders and feral ghouls. Whenever I approach that one block the game would crash.

 

I know I have a lot of mods but I hope maybe you guys could help me figure out which mod/mods causing the ctds

I have been learning to use FO4Edit to solve mod conflicts and so far have gone through half of my load order.

It's actually quite easy after watching a few very informative videos on Youtube uploaded by some very helpful individuals.

Kudos to them!

 

People have complained about that the GTA Online community consists mostly of teenage trolls but it seems this one is like the opposite...
