Workflows for doing the required tidy up once you sorted out your load order.

I was wondering if anyone had a good workflow they would like to share for maintaining the likes of:

Bashed/Smashed patch

FNIS

DynDOLOD

especially with different profiles.

When I started and was using S.T.E.P for Skyrim SE as a guide I always found this final stage the most confusing, Adding Skyproc made it even worse  . Then I tried multiple profile, this was with MO, and got even more confused. I did not even attempt profiles or anything more than choosing a list of mods and starting from scratch with NMM.

I program all day. I play Skyrim for enjoyment and while a bit of xEdit etc. has to be accepted I do not want to end up spending more time modding that playing. Thank you so much for those of you that do (Kryptoptr for one).

Install mods -> sort with loot -> touch up where necessary -> test if game starts and runs properly -> curse that I forgot to FNIS -> curse some more because I also forgot to bodyslide -> do that -> start the game and quit at the main menu because I forgot -> to bash patch.

Bashed/Smashed add to "Dynamic Patches" group so it goes at the bottom, I suppose you could index lock them too

I was thinking more in terms of creating the archives I would need so I can use a different version in each profile. Tannin mentioned 'variants' in a post yesterday but they seem to be for a single archive.

The problem, as I see it, is the DynDOLOD output could be massively different between two profiles so I need a differently named archive for each profile. This leads to the 'untidy' result of each profile having yet another 'not installed' entry in the mods tab.

I wish there was a way to 'hide' uninstalled mods on an item by item basis in each profile.
