Notrandom
This really sucks.... re-installing doesn't fix this missing masterlist /userlist issue. And my Masterlist.yaml is missing from C:\Users\"admin profile"\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\skyrim\masterlist Does anyone have any clue?

I'm on windows 10 and do not have a problem with github.Perhaps you have some settings in your firewall security settings set too high or your anitvirus isn't allowing you access to github, or your browser security settings are too high, because I can tell you this isn't a Windows 10 problem. fecaltwigs
They create a tool and then expect the users to fix it. I have the problem and have only a few (relatively speaking) mods installed. I'd have more, but Vortex is such a PITA. Uninstall...reinstall...???? Doesn't sound viable to me. Just what I've come to expect from this site. Poor. People go nuts troubleshooting and will unnecessarily uninstall and reinstall everything from the Game, to their OS to their Mod Manager etc...
