Deleted30571470User
As said in the title, a small handful of mods have installed as a .7z, .zip, or .rar file in the Vortex manager. They also have no category, and seem to be the reason my game doesn't open any time I try loading the game with said mods enabled. The mods I am having this issue with are:~ Maevan2's Eye Brows (SE)~ Imperious - Races of Skyrim (SSE)~ KS Hairdos SSE~ Wyrmstooth SSE This is what it looks like (Maevan2's Eye Brows and Imperious shown)

That's what the mod tab is supposed to look like.Didn't read the FAQ or anything huh?If you took a screenshot of the PLUGIN tabs, where the actual ESPs install, I'd be worried,. Thanks for talking to me like a dummy "Didn't read the FAQ or anything, huh?". The FAQ didn't have my particular issue, but that made me go and reinstall all the mods an extra few times to see if I did something wrong. Apparently the files got damaged or something the last times I tried installing the mods, and therefore, was the reason they were like that. The mods in the screenshot were actually not how that was supposed to look. That's how it should look if it's still "Never Installed", but if they have been installed like in the screenshot, it should change (with the possible unique exception of USSEP. Still testing). So, please recheck what you say next time you go talking to people like they're dumb in a help forum =^~^=

Grestorn
You can right-click a mod and select "Open if File Manager". If you see the usual files in the opening Explorer (.esp files, meshes or textures directory), then your mods are just fine. You can change the name by double clicking them and edit the properties in the opening panel.
