i installed mods with vortex but some of the mods dont show up

all of my mods show up in the download and mods folder saying there installed and activated but in my load order there not there and some if the ones that do show up dont work like MMC

Check the "Plugin" tab if your plugins are enabled there.

Have the same problem. Around 30 mods of 70 are working. And my loot and sse edit detects only 30 to

i checked. everythink was working fine until i deleted and reinstall everythink for clean start. now i have problems

When you say "Deleted and Reinstalled everything" what exactly do you mean?

 

Deleted and reinstalled (With Vortex) all the mods you use, or deleted the game and reinstalled it?

i deleted skyrim, vortex,loot, all mods in folders everything for clean start. after that i reinstaled everything and i noticed that not all mods are shown in loot and ingame. before i deleted everything in loot there was 70 mods and in vortex also 70 mods, now i have 70 mods in vortex and only 35 in loot. also ingame there is only around 30 mods in mod category?
