Can someone help me understand this better?

When you install a mod in Vortex and there's conflicts and you want it to overwrite another mods' files, do you select 'load after' or 'load before' in the conflict pop up?

 

Sorry, I know it might seem simple but I'm fairly new to Vortex and I wanna make sure I use it right.
