Vortex mods installed and enabled but not working all of the sudden?

Hey all!

I went to go play skyrim special edition today and went to load. Said that mods certain mods weren't enabled including skyui.
Looked in vortex and they were, so i decided to check the mod load order Bethesda. It seemed like the Bethesda mod menu is over writing the vortex mod menu. deleted all the mods in the Bethesda load order now none of my mods are working even though the are enabled in vortex. can anyone help?

Also my game started to crash whenever i died or tried to save. I tried to attach a file but they were too big, the images basically show the in-game menu saying that mods were not available and if i wanted to continue the game without them and the vortex mod load order showing the mods active

The Bethesda Launcher is known to alter the list of plugins. Don't use that.

 

Just go to the "Plugins" Tab in Vortex and reenable all your plugins in there, and you should be fine.

All my plugins disappeared. how would i go about getting them back?

Use the "Deploy Mods" button on the Mods page. If that doesn't help, you'd have to reinstall the mods. However, are you sure you've installed them through Vortex? It sounds to me like you just use Vortex to manage an existing mod setup, which you have created with another mod manager, which is bound to cause problems.

3 days ago i played SSE with multiple mods, everything was fine, yesterday i noticed taht picklock stopped working checking Vortx removing it and reinstalling. Didi work, then i notice none of my mods work anymore?? well okey i desided to refresh install, removing mods, uninstalling SSE, clean dorictories which has lefft either vortex or SSE, clean up my registery from any referenses SSE or Vortex. Today morning i install everything back but just few mods to check if they work, unofficial patch,skui and skse64, i decided to start fresh so i move all my saved games to temp directory and swhich off clouth option in steam, testing it not working (lockpick easyest to test) i noticed that my plugins where empty thou i got few mods installed, okey i do remove related but not destroying mod download file. Now i reinstall everything again and still in my plugins has only, dawnguardes.esm dragonborn.esm,hearthfires.esm and update.esm.....what do i do, i just love that hunterborn and picklock mods as it get boring after 200+ lockpicking.. thank for helping, i got only 20 mods now i had 97 or something when everything was working, and no i didn't install any new mod and after that all go south... and vortex is installed in same harddrive than SSE and Steam is not under programs files it's has own directory in D: hard disk
