Messed Up Face Presets

I'm sure you guys read a lot of people having this issue and that a clean install would probably do the trick. I've done that before and it seems to never work correctly for me. All of the presets that I've installed, I have followed the instructions and installed the correct mods. Yet they all still do not work correctly, except one.

Yes I do, used LOOT too for the load order. Not sure if I'm supposed to put them in a specific way or not.

Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch might be causing this issue especially if you've installed it mid-game (somewhere in commonwealth after exiting Vault-111 at any point of the game's story progress). This problem is known to occur to all previous Bethesda games. Never install the patch mid-game.

You might want to also check all the required mods for the presets (reinstall them to be safe) after you've disabled the patch's esp and the mod itself.
