Teytame
Hello guys. I wish to reinstall Skyrim and start completely fresh with moding. Perhaps I'll get it right this time. Q. If I simply uninstall Skyrim, will it also remove it from MO2 with all the loose files etc?Because this is what I want, no loose ends, no BSAs, just clean neat tools (MO2, etc) ready to receive a new game. Any suggestions on how to approach this? Thank you.
HadToRegister
Easiest way is to delete your DATA folder inside the game folder and re-verify the files through steam. It will download a brand new factory Fresh Data folder.

Perhaps some INIs or BSAs? Thanks again, I begin to feel like I can breath again =)
