SkyrimSE; Failure to Launch Properly.

Whoops. Back already.

This time, I'm hoping it is just a simple error. I currently have 66 active mods on my SkyrimSE, 70 if you account for the four I attempted to install last night. Everything was working smoothly until last night when I installed Eastmarch Manor, Eli's Breezehome Overhaul BETA 1.6, Keep It Clean- Extended, and 'Hmmm What to Wear' immersion patch. When I went to start the game, nothing occurred. So, I disabled all of the mods I had just installed and still, no startup (to reference, I attempted to start the game both through steam and the SKSE64_loader to see if it was an issue with script extender) Both times nothing occurred, except that it would show SkyrimSE in the task manager. Ending the process and trying again would just repeat the issue, with SkyrimSE in the task manager but no game appearing on the desktop, like so;

Everything that is enabled now are mods that worked perfectly fine prior to having issues. I tried verifying the integrity of the game files on steam to see if that may help, but still, no dice.

I would very much appreciate help on this, thanks!

Perhaps the problem is a minimized SkyrimSE window. Does the SkyrimSE icon appear in the Windows taskbar at the same time that it appears in the task manager? If so, then click on the icon and press ALT + SPACE on the keyboard. A Windows restore menu will pop up. Use it to restore SkyrimSE to full screen.

I've left it running for about an hour before, but no application appears on my taskbar. I have all the new possibly problematic mods disabled, so I only have active the mods that I used before this issue. Prior to this, it maybe took two or three minutes for the game to startup through Vortex.

I tested out some different compatibility settings, namely related to issues with display, but had no changes.

I've also restarted about 5 separate times now attempting to get it to work since the issues arose, but I haven't had any changes.

EDIT: Restarted again. Still no change.

You didn't install an ENB did you?

If not, then I guess the only thing left would be to uninstall Mods one-by-one until Skyrim starts up.
