Edit- playing Skyrim SE

So first time modder, installed a few mods and now the game opens up the small Play / Options / Support / Exit window and when I click play it does a windows thinking icon next to my mouse pointer and fails to launch.

I have these mods installed:

Unofficial Skyrim Patch

Alternate Start

Sky Hud

Realistic Ragdolls

Skyrim HD 2k Textures

Static Mesh Improvement

Total Character Makeover

Smooth draw and sheathe

Proper length arrows

Quality world map

Immersive armor

Im using Vortex to manage the mods, and have tried to turn them off one by one to no change.... what am i doing wrong?

you're missing either a patch file for another mod or a master file, immersive armors has TWO plugins that need to be installed and enabled

you may also need SKSE64 and SKYui

your load order is a mess also if that's your actual order of mods

special edition, all of them work except immersive armor, but i assume its because i dont have both plugins

Download Immersive Armors manually then open the zip and place the ESP's in your data folder

ALL of these files go in the DATA folder,, below

Hothtrooper44_ArmorCompilation.bsa (1149893 kb)
Hothtrooper44_Armor_Ecksstra.bsa (376404 kb)
Hothtrooper44_ArmorCompilation.esp (1681 kb)
Hothtrooper44_Armor_Ecksstra.esp (0 kb)
If you're using the UNP body type mod then you will need those files as well which are in the archive

not actually sure if the arrow mod works, cant really tell one way or the other... smooth draw seems to work

You're not understanding how BASIC modding works, by doing what you are doing you are essentially trying to use a Fallout 3 mod in Fallout New Vegas, it's basically the same thing

Just because the 2 games have the same name with a different extension, does not mean all files will work in both games, that's why Nexus seperated the 2 different formats. And yes, they are formats, one is 32bit and SSE is 64 bit

Rather than make a whole new topic I'll use this one to report that I can't launch the game either.

Don't do that, it's incredibly rude and considered thread hijacking
