AugustaCalidia
I am not dealing with mod conflicts, but some particular mod possibly not working with the recent update to Skyrim Special Edition. I planned to use install order to narrow down what mods were in the group that the problem started in, but now have to use the install time which is harder to find and not sortable like install order is. Would this work for you? Use the Installation Time column to group your mods according to approximate installation time. Then use the Mod Details Pane to determine the precise installation time of each mod.

Since SKyrim SE recently updated, then every mod you use that requires SKSE64 doesn't work, unless you update SKSE64 and the mods that use it. I keep a txt file with the mods that have dependencies on SKSE64 As far as your other mods, if you TRACK the mods using the Tracking Centre on the Nexus, all you have to do is sort them by the last upload date and you can quickly see with a glance which mods have been recently uploaded to accomodate the Update. HadToRegister
You can also use the Nifty box in the Installation Time column, to put in a LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO, and a GREAT THAN OR EQUAL TO, and an EQUAL TO operator, and then a little calendar pops up and lets you pick a date. What a great feature! I had no idea you could call up a calendar on the Installation Time column. HTR, you are a walking Vortex encyclopedia.
