Please don't hijack other people's threads, your problem is completely different from the OP's

 

 

Sorry mr touchy, I wasn't trying to do that, I had no idea, at the time how to start my own thread like I still have no idea how to delete one, and I thought my issue might be related, like a downed server or functionality. I apologize, but mostly to the OP, because you (HadTo) didn't have to be so cranky

 

 

Sorry my suggestion upset you, but it's forum etiquette to not hijack other people's threads, especially when it comes to support, we just had a person necro a two year old thread just to add "This is happening to me too"

Now, how can any us possibly help that person if that's all they added to the thread from 2017?

 

Also, the irony of you calling me 'touchy' and 'cranky' is duly noted, after reading your response, especially since I said "PLEASE".

 

 

 

Obviously you are not blind, since you are reading and responding, but perhaps you missed the facts that I thought my problem was related, and didn't see how to start threads. And to boot I have no idea what etiquette is or isn't involved in "thread hijacking", or even what that really is, tho I can guess somewhat from the context. Maybe you are the self appointed master of that etiquette to know all the do's and don'ts, but I'm new to this whole forum thing, not just this nexus thing.

oh, and as far as your "duly noting" … perhaps it just came off that way (cranky)because it wasn't the OP complaining, but someone else also not answering the OP question with his post, and apparently for no other reason than to play the forum equivalent of a grammar police,. But no, I'm sure it was just your unblemished nobility coming to the rescue and putting the serfs (newbie) in his place.

The last thing I expected joining someplace new was being smacked down for wanting help, even if I was guilty of being inadvertently rude thru ignorance. good day sir!

That's IT, I even said PLEASE, I was as polite as I could be.

 

YOU decided to get so offended and upset, that you called me "Cranky" and "Touchy" and I pointed our your hypocrisy because all I did was tell you "PLEASE, don't hijack other people's threads, your problem is completely different from the OP's" and your response was a direct attack on me.

 

You also had no problem starting your own thread asking for Mod SETS for Morrowind, which you also attacked me in.

 

Reference: Mod Set Recommendations where you go out of your way to specifically mention my name in an attempt to influence opinion against me.

 

Go look at the thread again.

The OP's Problem was well laid out, and well explained, and never mentioned having the problem you described, which is WHY I said to PLEASE not hijack that thread and to start your own.

you may want to take a moment to familiarise yourself with the TOS and the rules of the forums, and you may want to adjust the verbiage and therefore the tone of your posts.I'm going to report your reply above for trolling and flamebaiting, just so you are aware.
