I am using Vortex (0.17.11) , when i launch it, he try to find a bethesda.net_launcher.exe on disk (D:), but on my pc (i'm using windows 10 x64 and 8 GB of RAM) it's a dvd drive and skyrim located on disk (E:) and have only tesv.exe and skyrimlauncher.exe. I'm install 49 mods and have a SKSE. Here a screenshot of error.

"This is usually due to the user's environment"

So, there's something wrong with your setup on your computer that you have somehow associated Vortex NXM links with opening the Bethesda Launcher.

The pop up suggests that the possible causes of the error are either

Steam is on a removable drive or

AN Antivirus, or Disk Management Utility, or Virus has messed up your drive letters.

Did you manually move your Vortex Folders to a different drive, or install a new drive and let your computer assign new drive letters?

Because something has changed on your system, in that Vortex still thinks your Steam installation is on drive D, yet it's actually on Drive E, so did you install a new drive, or change the drive letters, or move your steam installation to E?

a) This Message is about Elder Scrolls Online, not Skyrim

b) You're saying that D: is a dvd drive and the game(s) on E:. Most likely at some point in the past your games were D: and the optical drive was either not connected at all or had a different letter. Now your registry refers to the wrong folder. You could fix the registry key (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Zenimax_Online\Launcher) or in Vortex go to games, find ESO, click the + and then "Manually Set Location" to manually fix the location.
