Vortex will not find dark souls 3?

I know i am pretty much brand new to the community and don't know a lot about modding but Vortex wont find anything on my PC regarding dark souls 3, it found dark souls 1 just fine but i was going to try out the mod called Cinders for DS3 and maybe a reshade pack and it can't be found anywhere. am not sure if there is something i have to do or if there isnt anything i can do? any kind of advice will help. thank you in advance

Dark Souls III is not supported.

If you want to know which games have support, open the Extensions page.

A lot of specific extensions are user created.

If Dark Souls III is of specific interest to you, you might look into creating an extension for the community to use.

well thats pre f*#@ed up then, nexus mods provides the mods for ds3 but their mod manager does not support them why?

I'm not sure if you're aware, but Nexus Mods is mod sharing platform and community for over 1,000 games. Each of those games may have a slightly different way of installing mods. We have added ~125 games to Vortex with the help of the community, but our team don't play or mod every single game so we need help to expand the range of games that Vortex offers. If you have a good working knowledge of how to mod Dark Souls III, perhaps you can create an extension for it?
