Move Vortex mod folder to another drive

Move the game with Steam, not Vortex.

Some help please

I think I followed the instructions as suggested, but when I go to play I get the following message

"This save relies on content that is no longer present.  Some objects may no longer be available.  Continue loading?"

followed by a list of my mods.

And in Vortex it says "Some mods are redundant" and the "Redundant mods" list shows all my mods.

Just so It's published, you can simply delete the "launchersettings.json" file within %Appdata%\NameOfTheGame\ and it will prompt you to create the mods folder again!

but what if i have mods that don't have their nexus download pages linked i.e. a mod i made myself but i haven't posted yet?
