Some of my mods are not getting deployed and do not show up in the plugins section. no error message

B:\Vortex Mods\skyrimse\ Can't remember the specific mod, but all my nexus mods have the NMM folder sorting number, yet they're in the vortex folder

 

 

 

That's odd, unless Vortex literally moves the folders from NMM's staging folder to Vortex's staging folder

I have never been in a position to actually try an Import from NMM, so I have no idea what Vortex does with the mods.

 

If someone could try it - and document what they find - we would all benefit.

Back in the Vortex alpha days I imported over 300 mods from NMM with no such issue as described in this thread. Of course, a lot has happened since March 2018.

All right, I'm going to speculate the the numbered mod folder is a Bethesda .net mod

The BEST thing to do, (It's what I do on the extremely rare occassion I download anything from Bethesda .net is repackage the Beth Net Mod and stick the archive in your Vortex Download Folder
