Hi there,

Are you seeing this with all mods or just specific ones?

It's possible you were downloading during a high traffic period, so can you confirm if it's still happening?

The thing with connection speeds have nothing to do with your server and the target server. But all the links between. There are quite a few that are never seen, like the satellite up and down links that are shared with everything from radio,t.v and military. And then exchanges, just like the old telephone systems. So your connection will only be a fast as the slowest link. This is one of the reasons data is sent in small packages, all looking for the fastest.

A little thing of no importance but gives me a smile, mb is actually milli bit. An impossible thing. And kb is in bits not bytes. Internet providers used to use this to fool people, eg We have 50Mb connections. That is just over 6MB. 8bits to a Byte.

As said of no importance. Unless your an architect and builder.
