Vortex won't let me change load order for Fallout 4

The working load order that i have it in currently is CaN.esm, RaceCustomizer.esp, CaN-player.esp, Zeeb.esm, CaN Pony Mane Pack.esm, Fallout Equestria-Season Pass.esp, and Zeeb-NPCs.esp.

Unless Racemenu Customizer.esp and CAN-player.esp are ESM FLAGGED ESPs, then they should NOT be above any other ESMs

From the description page

Load Order:

  • Fallout4.esm
  • All DLCs
  • Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch
  • CaN.esm
  • **ALL OTHER MODS**
  • RaceCustomizer.esp
  • RaceCustomizer - Far Harbor Compatibility Patch.esp (if you need it)
  • **CaN - Addons**
  • CaN - Companions.esp
  • CaN - Player Plugin.esp

You can have multiple Player plugins downloaded, but you should only have ONE ACTIVE at any given time. Place any Player Plugins at the VERY BOTTOM of the load order.

Since you have 1.1 installed, have you followed these instructions from the sticky?

Current Version: 1.1

---CaN now uses .ESM extension (psuedo-ESMs with ESP extention no longer work properly in CK)
---Pony face mesh is now less smiley
---f***ing NECK GAPS FINALLY f***ing FIXED (Half-floats are hard to work with)
---Added Player only condition to race fix effects (except running speed)

Due to Bethesda's Creation Club update, ESPs with the ESM flag enabled no longer function properly. CaN now has to use the ESM extension. Once you've installed the 1.1 update, please remove CaN.esp from your data folder and enable CaN.esm in your load order instead.

You'll probably have to fix your face when you next load your game. Sorry for the inconvenience.
