Transfer just one game not the whole of Vortex

I have two PCs, the main broke and while I saved for a new psu I installed morrowind on the old one, and played and modded it.

Now I have fixed the main (better) PC I want to transfer my morrowind installation.

But I also have Vortex already installed on the main PC and i don't want to just copy over the whole of the \AppData\Roaming\Vortex folder since I presume that will kill the existing Vortex installation of Fallout4 and stuff.

Is it possible to just transfer over the morrowind specific stuff from my vortex install? The downloads and staging folder are easy enough, it's the database of load order etc. that is the really important bit

That would be the Vortex.Deployment.json in your Morrowind DATA folder

This is just a list of files deployed, it doesn't say anything about example "mod X loads after mod Y" etc.

All the information of mods downloaded, installed and rules are under %appdata%\vortex, but it seems mods from different games are part of the same file under state.v2 and metadb, meaning unless Vortex has some way of exporting and importing a single game where doesn't seem to be any way to transfer this information.
