Someone PLEASE HELP!!!

So I've been using mods with Skyrim since it launched last year and being new to using mods I made a lot of mistakes and after hundreds of CTD's freezes and hair pulling and rage quitting I'd like to say that over the last year ive become pretty well educated about understanding mod use, load order, compatibility, ect ect. But I'll make this brief here are my system specs followed by my load order using BOSS. I still expereince CTDs and freezing at least 12-18 times during the course of and hour and a half's worth of game time. I love Skyrim and I love the mods and I cant play either without the other. SO I am asking that someone with knowledge and experience on this look through my load order and help me out, please.

System Specs:

Know it sounds harsh but if i where in your position as i was a week ago..

I would Delete and reinstall entire skyrim, be sure to delete the folders after it too, then install S.T.E.P with a nice ENB.

Then finally enjoy the game, it got all the mods you'll ever need and incredible stable and well tested.

it already got very many of the mods you got in that list, and tbh some of those your still using are way outdated and just need plain delete.

if you dont agree install wrye bash and make a patch.

I respectfully disagree with Exurim , I wouldn't do all that just yet and here's why. Dawngaurd is not compatible with many mods, you must DL the Dawngaurd patches or updates for all your mods. Yes that sucks especially if you have a lot of mods like me . I have over 200, that's why I'm waiting for a while to buy Dawngaurd. If you still have problems with CTD try this, load all armor and weapons mods last and if that still doesn't work then you can do what I did to fix my CTD. That was happening to me a lot and It never happens to me now with 200+ mods so this is what I did.......I unpack all of my BSA meshes using a BSA unpacker like "FO3 Archive Utility" or " Skyrim BSA Extractor" it sounds like a lot but it's not to much and your BSA folder will still be there. It Now if you did that with Textures than it would be a lot! but don't do it with textures unless ur a serious modder.

Well I hope this helped it's what saved me from having CTD, now I don't get them at all except if I have a conflict in mods.

Theirs a few conflicts of mods I've noticed of yours....UFO needs to be loaded last, The one that says "Female Follower fix you don't need because of UFO, and what is the Water one anyway? just wondering.

double check your mods to make sure they are all up to date and that if older nobody has reported having problems since a particular patch or DLC

read up on your unsorted mods and make sure they get properly placed in the load order. Just because BOSS doesn't know where to put them doesn't mean that they can stay at the bottom like that.

If all that fails to help, try doing some simple computer maintenance. defrag your drives, shut down any programs or processes that you know beyond doubt don't need to run when you are playing.

If you continue to have problems, deactivate and uninstall all mods. See if you can play unmodded with a clean data folder without any crashing. If that fails. Try STEP as Exurim pointed out. I personally don't follow their choice of mods but they do have good instructions on getting to a clean slate without actually doing a total reinstall. Just be sure to READ first before doing, I followed directions while reading once and deleted all but what they said not to and then on another page they stated to not delete certain files if Wrye Bash was installed. Oops I screwed that one up :P

I wouldn't extract your BSA files to the game directory. You can do so as a resource in a workspace directory if you are making mods, however.

If your game is installed in the Program Files directory already, I highly suggest you move it. There are known issues with lots of games when modded when they are in the Program Files directory.

Do what I do - ALWAYS install manually and ALWAYS read the full description/readmes. If you know enough about load order then your golden

manually is fine. I prefer to use NMM but only after I've looked at the mod contents to see how it is set up and if I need to rebuild it so that NMM will install it properly. I like NMM's ability to restore overwritten files when multiple mods replace the same stock file.

But yes, install order is very important for replacer mods & load order is very important for plugins

The WATER mod is a water texture and animation overhaul. Its gives water a much more realistic look and physics. and thx for the info I would realy hate to reinstall skyrim all over again and unpacking the bsa foldrs seems like a much less painful solution.

In addition to the above, you might try placing the unrecognized plugins, like with like (so weapons mods where the other weapons mods are, etc.) I get crashes unless WATER is the very last thing.

And if you are using auto save, disabling it might help reduce freezing and crashing. A lot of people have problems with that.
