Can't get Unique NPC's to not make NPC's faces brown.

I've tried.. everything I can think of to try and fix this. Hell, I've even downloaded the HD dlc. I've tried the rusty face fix, the HD DLC face fix, adjusting my load order.. and I don't know whats going on. Even Kit from The Machine and Her has the brown face bug. Thing is, my character's face is fine, and some NPC's faces are fine such as children. Am I doing something wrong?

Here's my load order. I've used loot, and used Vortex's sorting and made rules so certain mods load after unique NPC's.

EDIT: Having new issues. Now my character's face is being affected. I've removed Unique NPC's, tried removing/reinstalling HD DLC, using rusty face fix, using the HD face fix, using the LMCC 2k thing, installing new skins. It all happened after I tried to install the valkyr face skin. I can't seem to fix it now.

My computer specs, if they matter.:

Intel Core i7-8750H 2.20 GHz
144 Hz screen
512 GB PCIe NVMe SSD + 1 TB SSHD (8 GB Cache) FireCuda
GeForce RTX 2070
8 GB GDDR6
16 GB DDR4

it might be possible that Vortex could be Struggling with Multi-Part Ba2 Archives For ESP files.

Example: Unique NPCs have 6 Ba2 Archives for a single ESP file, and these Ba2 Archives add up to 5.56Gb in size

so it could be having having problems loading multiple Ba2 Archives for the Same ESP file, or it could be struggling to load 5.6GB (5 and Half Gigabytes) of data for a single mod.

Note: out of all of your mods, Unique NPCs seem to be the only mod that has multiple Ba2 Archives for a single ESP file and is also the biggest in size by far.

or it could simply be a Virtual Drive based Issue.

Sometimes it can also have something to do with the avaible system ressources from your computer.

I am not an expert, but I have by myself a potato computer and when I run multiple things behind Fallout 4, I run also often in the black face bug. Just in the most cases, it hits then the face of my character and not npcs.

Also you should not underestimate what browsers on ressources eat, while you are using them. It always surprises me what as example my firefox uses on ram and gpu ressources when I look in my Task-Manager. So, if you like me and like to let your browser open while your are playing Fallout 4 (so that you can fast read some forum-posting while Fallout is loading an interior as example), you should not be surprised to run into it. Especially if you use also some crazy high ress textures^^.

I wouldn't call my laptop a potato, heh! I did try having google chrome closed, and even updated my laptops graphics card. Nothing!

The question, Modz, is how much of that is free? resources locked up might as well not be there. That's why I keep trying vainly to stop Micro-management from stealing my memory available with memory compression which is their way of saying,"we want you to buy more memory"

Can't quite recall how to check that
