giantkiller5
so i got the note from a ncr soldier to go talk to ambassador crocker (im ncr). this was before i killed mr house. i killed mr house and only NOW im starting the ncr quests. i have yes man installed and im ignoring him so i dont get problems with the ncr. did i do the story wrong or something because it doesnt feel right to have killed mr house so early before i even started the ncr quests. my last playthrough a year ago i got up to hoover dam or i finished ncr but i never had killed mr house or benny (im pretty sure i didnt kill benny) so my storyline seems a bit weird now, should i just ignore the yes man quests wild card quest to go to factions? i also still have the one for some bunker under fortified hill. is my story still normal and i just continue from now or did i mess something up? not sure if i should continue, and i have no more saves from before mr house, im far past that now. gunslinger6792
its your game so continue however you wan't if you want to go ncr just go ncr. if you're going yesman you'll need to activate him doing his quest along with some of ncrs. luceid
The game's storyline-quest according to your chosen site is fail-save to limited amounts. If you've done something, before you're asked to, the game will simply respond to that.F.e. if you've done "Oh Papa" before you got "For the Republic" it's just fine.Same thing goes for almost every endgame-related quest as far as I know. cyrus224
It also will straight up tell you when you get to a point where you can't go back. "If you continue doing quests for [insert name or faction] than [name or faction] will not work with you" There are several outcomes to the game, there is no screwing up your ending, it's only how you play. Play the game over and over, and do it different every time.
