VictoriaG
It appears on some servers the download is not recorded so you can't endorse it because the system doesn't see you have downloaded it.
ginnyfizz
I am having a lot of general download problems, very slow speeds indeed, and I did find that I was having trouble endorsing a file, that must be why.
Dark0ne
The download system has been changed so you actually need to complete a download in order for it to be recognised as a download, both as a file you can endorse and also in your download history. You can't do what you used to be able to do; start a download then cancel it. As always, you can only endorse files that are in your download history. We obviously know about the current issues and have been working long hours trying to fix them.
VictoriaG
Yes I have downloaded the full file, in this case the Tera Armors Collection yesterday and today went back to endorse and it tells me I haven't downloaded it, I've had similar reports from people downloading my menu replacers. Ironman5000
Yes I have downloaded the full file, in this case the Tera Armors Collection yesterday and today went back to endorse and it tells me I haven't downloaded it, I've had similar reports from people downloading my menu replacers.I can confirm this with your files, had to download twice. I also notice that when I download from a different IP and try to endorse it registers that I haven't downloaded it despite being logged into my account on both cpus. ginnyfizz
Yes I was trying to endorse a file that I had downloaded in full quite some time ago and had unaccountably not endorsed at the time.
