If you would only have taken just a moment to read the news and forums, you would have seen exactly why this is, and that the staff are working hard on the problem, not to mention that Premium members will be getting something back. Sheesh!
JimboUK
If you have a problem it's always better to try and solve it than it is to go off on one and make yourself look silly.
DrakeTheDragon
Did you really believe downloads terminating prematurely for non-Premium members was working as intended? What made you think upgrading to Premium all of a sudden would fix the ongoing technical issues of late? ZeroKing
It's funny how the OP's been around since March of 2011, yet for all intent and purpose, he/she calls this site "amateur". It doesn't take technical knowledge to read a simple news stating that there are issues with the site and that the staff is working to fix them. I think he/she should have patience, really. It's not life-threatening to stop getting your daily gaming fix, waiting a couple of days for the site to be back on operational levels or try to download after a couple of hours. Thandal
Any Premium Member who wishes to terminate that status early and receive a pro-rated refund should contact Dark0ne directly via PM. He is most accommodating. We have no interest in trying to keep people or their money when they don't want to be here. :armscrossed:

I only want Premium Members who want to be Premium Members.
