Download via Vortex link-->Download failed-->ESOCKETTIMEDOUT

I cannot download mods using the Vortex link. I get the message "Download failed". When I click "More" it says "code: ESOCKETTIMEDOUT". There is nothing wrong with my connection so I don't know why I am getting this error. I tried logging out, restarting my PC, and logging back in and I still get the error.

 

Brand new install- verion 1.1.5 on Windows 10 64 bit, 16 GB RAM, RX480 8GBVRAM

Yea, currently EVERYBODY is experiencing it and posting about it.

Apparently the site has reached its max limit for today.
I imagine a lot of people are off of work, and are able to log on all at once
