GnatGoSplat
I did the Dawnguard quest where you have to turn your character's spouse into a vampire. Now I want to cure her. I already cured my player character through Falion, but haven't found a way to cure his wife. The console commands that are supposed to work on the player character don't work on NPCs. I've tried "sexchange" on her, but it didn't work. She still has the red eyes. The other command, "showracemenu", definitely doesn't work on NPCs. Any ideas? GnatGoSplat
Thanks, unfortunately, it didn't work. The script executed okay, but she still has the red vampire eyes. Not glowing like Serana's, just red.
cyrus224
Who is it? Dawngaurd changes certain NPC's eyes. There are some Vampires in before Dawngaurd that didn't look like vampires, but Dawngaurd changed their look.
GnatGoSplat
It's a custom follower I made. It did change her eyes to red from blue when I did the spouse into a vampire quest, but I can't figure out any way to change them back.I know I can just remove her from the game and put her back in, but I thought a console fix might be faster than pulling out all her inventory and putting it back in. cyrus224
Well, sorry that didnt work for you, the reason is because it DID cure her of everything, but it does not include changing her eyes, and I dont know a console way to do that. dokiyuri
The SetNpcWeight command seemed to change Lydia's eyes right, although you have to figure out the npc that you're dealing with's weight. (Lydia is 100 by default) And to be noted, if you have mods enabled, she will then change her textures and whatnot to those you have currently installed. So if you like how she looks in the vanilla game, you have to uninstall a lot of appearance mods.
