Rune
I always set the difficulty up unless I go to Sothesiem or Mournhold, they have some nasty enemies.
Dr. Corbett
Here's an idea. Toss out your armour, pick out a chitin spear, and boldy go forth to smite evil. Give it a constant effect 1 pt light enchantment so it can hurt weak enemies, but is STILL useless. Or, maybe, if you're already The Nerevarine, cast on use 1% resist common disease. :-)
thanateros
jesus, i'm only lvl 13 and on difficulty 50, granted everything kills me in just about 2 hits, but oh are the rewards sweet. clearing out one dungeon get me so much stuff. certainly makes me want to train harder, most of the time it's a matter of who kills who first, cause i got a frost spell that's 50 pts for 5 sec and poison that 50 for 3 sec. two whacks from a claymore takes me down, unless i get them first. cmac
clearing out one dungeon get me so much stuff. Modifying the difficulty level does nothing but decrease the damage from you and increase the attack and health of the NPC you are fighting. Loot is not increased or at all changed. Pob
Okay you could try using a weapon your really bad at, but you could also try the goblins in the tribunal expansion and the wolves in the bloodmoon expasiion nasty if they gang up on you (otherwise they ain't at high levels). You could also try (if you have already done main quest) killing vivec or whatshisname Fyr in Tyr Fyr (alough he prob ant juch of a fight it took a mate 1 hr to kill him at level 16)
Switch
on morrowind difficulty +100 (hardest there is) is very little challenge for my level 65 char, so that shud be ok for u perhaps. if u want a REAL challenge try the sewers in mournhold (tribunal) on hard +100 difficulty setting! those goblins will mop the floor with ur ass :P

Switch
lol yep. i took my level 63 char down there in full ebony with daedric gauntlet, wraithguard, and chrysamere. lets just say they sliced thru my armour like hot butter and thrashed me completely. somewhat unbalanced i'd say :P
