Cheyron
I don't think the point is whether or not "install" and "deploy" are technically correct............. Why is everyone so defensive? I have noticed it is the nature of internet... if you ever dare suggest something (to anyone and everyone, they all act like this online) then you better be ready to get chewed out... the thing is I know I am right and was ready to be chewed out... I simply don't care... because I am right and I know I am right. That is simply an immutable fact. Now they can take my advice or continue to use the wrong terms. I do not get mad when someone disagrees with me, I simply wish them all the best.

Oh FFS people, nobody is getting DEFENSIVE, I merely said that all the other mod managers out there that use the same setup as vortex, also use "INSTALL" as the term for unzipping and putting the mod into the Virtual folder where the link will be made from that folder to the game\data folder. Why change that for ONE Mod Manager?Wouldn't that be even more confusing considering people will be asking "MO, MO2, NMM says INSTALL, why does Vortex say STAGING, what does Staging mean?" Seriously, people, apparently it's impossible to have a discussion anymore because one side will decide that the other side is being defensive and do the old "It's the nature of the internet" I'm out, have fun.. Good lord
