Skyrim SE immediately crashes upon loading any save

I was playing Skyrim for a couple hours today when the game randomly crashed in a dungeon. It's a Bethesda game, so I thought nothing of it and opened the game back up, but now I can't open any of my saves without the game crashing almost immediately.

I got this error message, but I reinstalled RLO after seeing it and made sure that I checked the RLO Exteriors box.

The game was working perfectly fine earlier today, I was playing for a couple hours with the exact same load order.

The same thing happens to me, but with Fallout 4. I don't know if it will be for Vortex, I'm still looking at my mod list. I have been all afternoon without finding the solution. No old SAVE works, including the ones I made yesterday.

 

I started a new game and saved. New saves work. But those of yesterday and older no.

 

Edit: unmodded old saves works fine.

my guess is that maybe lighting in the dungeon wasn't being loaded properly and somehow ate s#*!. making this guess on your error with the lighting textures. I believe its something else though due to the fact all your saves are crashing the game. but because this is Skyrim the issue could little be that one of your mods has a texture clipping slightly into something causing Skyrim to crash.
