nt5raham
I'm far from an expert, but if I saw that on my system I'd probably start by uninstalling Vortex. If your load order is small, i.e. you are just starting out and not much to lose, after uninstalling Vortex I would completely delete/remove any and all references to Vortex, sub folders left behind, etc. Then do a clean install of Vortex using a fresh download. Also, just as a general suggestion, don't reinstall Vortex in C:'\Program Files. Create a different folder like C:\Games or C:\Apps or C:\Pink Elephants In Tutus (whatever you want), then during the Vortex installation tell it to install there. The same is true for Steam if you have it installed in the default location, C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86). Windows management of the Program Files folders has been known to cause problems (probably unrelated to the error you are getting, but it won't hurt and can save you some trouble down the road). So after installation of both you would end up with: C:\Apps\VortexC:\Apps\Steam
