TEMMIS
I'm trying to do a fresh install and I went to delete everything in my fallout 4 root folder and reinstall through steam. So I go into it and i try to delete it along with f4se_loader.exe and it says "You'll need to provide administrator permission to delete this file" and I click Continue and then it says "You require permission from the computer's administrator to make changes to this file" even though my account is an administrator. When I go into Properties>Security>Advanced, it says "You must have Read permissions to view the properties of this object." then I click Continue and it says "You do not have permission to view or edit this object's permission settings." It says the same thing for f4se_loader.exe. What the f*#@ is wrong with these filesIt is also preventing steam from installing fallout 4 because it says "Missing file privileges" in the downloads section
HadToRegister
Sound like you have Steam set to run as Administrator, and it subsequently made all of its sub folders "Admin" as well.

BlackRampage
Have you tried uninstalling Fallout 4 through Steam? You know, the way you should have uninstalled the game to begin with.
