"Script Extender Plugins Error Detected" Issue with HDT DLL Won't Go Away

Long story short, I installed what apparently was an incompatible version of HDT DLL plugins thru Vortex (specifically hdtSSEFramework.dll and hdtSSEPhysics.dll) and got the "script extender plugins error detected" notification. So I purged the mods and uninstalled the offending plugins, then deployed. But now I'm still getting the same notification whenever I load up Vortex. As part of my troubleshooting process I searched for anything that dealt with HDT in my Skyrim SE data folder and deleted them. Nope, still getting the same notification whenever I load up Vortex. Yes, I've clicked on Dismiss to ignore the notification, but it's only temporary since it just comes back whenever I open up Vortex.

Can't copy and paste the notification so I'm just gonna give you a brief idea of what it says:

"hdtSSEFramework.dll (00000001 hdtSSEFramework 00000001) reported as incompatible during query" (<manually installed>):reported as incompatible during query

... and a similar error regarding hdtSSEPhysics.dll.

The notification is generated by parsing the skse log files, so it will only go away after you ran the game (via skse) with the incompatible plugin disabled.

Omg, thank you! I was almost ready to pull my hair out because all this time I've been trying other ways to troubleshoot this. I feared the worst that I would've needed to completely uninstall and reinstall everything. It never occurred to me to just simply start up the game again lol. But yes, your instructions helped fix it completely. Crossing my fingers, but I've exited and re-opened Vortex several times and so far I haven't seen the notification. So I guess this case is closed!
