Meridia's Blessing

quick question I have regarding one of the vanilla quest in Skyrim. It's the Quest:The Break Of Dawn. Once the quest is complete, I noticed you can still "activate" Meridia's beacon but nothing really happens. My question is using the creation kit can I make the beacon activate to where you are taken up into the sky to Meridia again and maybe hand select certain dialogue from her audio bank and return the character with some sort of passive buff for dealing additional damage to the undead? Sort of like Meridia's Blessing? I know that was a lot but I'm really seeking someone to assist me with this mod or at least guide me where I need to go. Any assistance on this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

A straight dmg increase (i.e. +10 dmg vs undead) is fairly easy to do (even for a noob like me) , but would be either over or underpowered depending on your level. Making it scale is quite a bit harder (just figuring out the right formula and what to base it off of is tricky for even experienced modders) and a simple multiplier doesn't seem possible.

Still, I'll put together the effect if another author wants to figure out the dialogue and activator.

Is it possible to only add that +10 dmg to the attacks that are against undead ? (like turn undead or sun fire from Dawnguard)

And maybe an amulet shaped like her orb, that gives you some protection from undead. (incoming dmg reduce or sometinhg like that)

Or just go with what works.

A greater effect from her blessing (runs out after some time) and a slightly smaller benefit from the amulet. (stays while you wear it)

Alright, I'm working on it now. I'm doing a simple +10% damage against undead while this blessing is in effect. Turns out that part was far easier than I expected.

I could do a straight +x damage, but as I mentioned before, those don't scale so end up being too weak or too powerful.

I probably won't do an amulet version. That'd require finding or making an image for it, which is generally a headache (unless you just copy the image from another in-game item).

I expect ot finish it within the week, as I've only got to do the activator and debugging left to do.

As far as an amulet version...

Check out this mod amulet. I thought this one was the most "Meridia like" out of the set

It comes from the following mod:

You do have to get the authors permission.

Should note that several of the items in that mod have been used in other mods, so hopefully that means getting permission is fairly easy.
