I Need Help With Oblivion Crashing

Before I begin: I am using Wrye Bash as my mod organizer and BOSS as load order sorter. I have the latest OBSE. I have the Steam version. I used the NTCore 4GB Patch onto Oblivion.exe and OblivionLauncher.exe. Here are my OBSE plugins list: https://imgur.com/a/aufjOf7

My PC: https://imgur.com/a/p1KUbKb

What is my problem: I am crashing whenever I try loading into a new location or waiting.

What I did to try to fix the issue: I downloaded Oblivion and OSR .ini files from here and set them both to read only https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/49447. I installed MoreHeap. I am running Steam with Admin rights and Oblivion on compability mode for WinXP SP3. I updated my Windows 10. My graphics driver does not require an update. I have cleaned all my .esps and .esms (except Oblivion.exe, .esm and the Unofficial Patches) as said here https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/49447. I downloaded TES4LodGen. Tried making AA work with HDR (not sure if it worked). Reinstalled all of my Windows C++ Redistributables. Tried fixing any hard drive errors. Disabled all autosaves. Installed the basic K-Lite Codec pack, aswell as half the footstep noise. Tried verifying game files and deleting the oblivion.ini file.

My modified Oblivion.ini file: https://pastebin.com/K9eE7BTj

Mods:

Additional info: Crash log (after clean save) (also it occurred when I tried fast traveling from Anvil to the Bravil stables): https://pastebin.com/ScRmxXYR

The numerous errors probably explain your crashes so fix them.

For example using TES4Edit open your mod with position 2E in your load order, select the glitchy objects like NDArmorLightShield5 and in the script section select None and so on.

I tried looking for a plugin that starts with 2E but there were none. So, I went to the Oblivion.esm scripts and couldn't find anything resembling NDArmorLightShield or any script starting with 2E. Am I missing something?

The Load Order column is currently collapsed and not visible (will show the complete mod index number such as 2E) ... you need to click on the line just to the right if that up arrow in the column headers and drag to the right to see the full contents of that column.

The proper way to post a load order from Wrye Bash is right mouse click in the column headers beside the word File, make sure your Sort by is set to Load Order (radio button indicates this) and then left click on Load Order in the right click context menu. Highlight and copy all of the text in the pop up Active Mod Files dialogue box (including the spoiler tags) and then paste that into your post here.

I don't really understand the directions, sorry.

Look at the photo you posted with your load order. In the second one down, right above Oblivion.esm you'll see the word "File". In the blank space right beside the word File click your right mouse button. A context menu will open (a context menu is one that changes the stuff it has for you to select depending on where you right clicked). Near the top of the context menu you will see the words "Sort by". Hover your mouse over the words Sort by and a submenu will open to the right (that's what the right facing arrow beside "Sort by" was telling you ... that a submenu with more options is available). Confirm that there is a dot beside the words "Load Order" part way down the submenu ... if there isn't a dot then single left mouse click on the words "Load Order" and a dot will appear (this is called a radio box selection because only one can be selected at a time, the same way you can only tune a single radio station in at a time on a radio).

Next move down the context menu to the words "Load Order" and left click. A new window named "Active Mod Files" will open (called a pop up because it opens over top of whatever was displayed before you clicked it's menu activator). In the window you will find a list of all of your mods plus the word spoiler inside some square brackets (they look like this ... [ and ] ). Left mouse click before the begining of the brackets that enclose the word "spoiler" and while holding down your left mouse button scroll down to the end of the contents of the Active Mod Files window (so down to the end where it says /spoiler inside the square brackets ... make sure the highlight includes the entire contents of the brackets plus the word /spoiler). On your keyboard, while everything is highlighted hold down the Ctrl key and then tap the c key. This copies the highlighted text to the Windows Clipboard (where Windows stores the result of a copy operation, which is what the Ctrl + c does).

Close Wrye Bash and open your initial post here. Hit the Edit button and then move to the end of your post (maybe hit Enter once or twice to create some blank space after all of the text you previously entered). Click and hold Ctrl on your keyboard and then hit v (the Windows shortcut to Paste the contents of the Clipboard to where you currently have your text selection located). You will now see all of the text that was displayed in the Wrye Bash Active Mod Files window in your post. Click on the Save Changes button and look at your edited post. You will now see the word "Spoiler" in a grey box. Left mouse click on that box and you will see your entire load order displayed in a manner that makes it easy for troubleshooters to see what Wrye Bash is telling us.

I wanted to put off writing this, but I guess I have to. I checked if my load order did sort by the load order but I couldn't understand where to find this "context menu". Sorry for being this oblivious.

Look at this photo you posted and in the section below the top part find where it says Oblivion.esm [sI] in blue letters. Look directly above that and you'll find the name for that column ... it says File.

Now open Wrye Bash and position your mouse cursor to the right of the word File and click your right mouse button and the context menu will open.

I think I am extremely slow... whenever I click on any buttons beside the word "file" the same menu shows up. If I click "sort by" on that menu and choose load order, nothing pops up. The "columns" menu has the word "load order" already selected and when I choose "rating" and "group" nothing happens aswell. Every other button does not have load order.
