My Download Speed is Around 100MBps and I've payed for uncapped downloads on vortex but it still wont go above 100-200 Kbps

Once you Paid for premium, did you log out of Vortex and the Nexus, and log back in again?

Did you change your server to a premium server?

 

Did you also cancel that download (because any download you had going BEFORE you paid to upgrade will remain slow) and start a new download?

 

Did you change this in Vortex?

And just so you understand, paying for premium does not guarantee you a specific download speed. It removes the cap. That is all.

You have to be connected to a Premium server, and it can not be overloaded.

Everything between you and that server (including your ISP) has to be fast enough also. Try a tracert:
