chiatt
Hey there, I've just started fiddling around with mods, and am using the NMM. I launch Fallout 4 through NMM. Most mods seem to work just fine, however neither the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch (All-DLC version) nor the Sims Settlements mod will load in-game. While they seem to install and activate fine within NMM, they show up as disabled within Fallout 4 itself, and enabling them in-game does not work--as soon as I exit the in-game mod list and cause the game to reload it's data, the mods immediately revert to disabled. Here are what I have tried thus far: *Deactivating all other mods in NMM, and try to run UFO4P or Sim Settlements in isolation*Turn off Read Only for Plugins.txt *EDIT: I've tried manually installing each of these mods. Any advice or thoughts as to why these mods aren't working, while others are just fine? Thanks Edited September 30, 2020 by chiatt
DoctorKaizeld
This sounds like an NMM issue and should be brought up on their support page. The Manager is no longer supported here. Honestly I would suggest using Vortex instead. Anyways are you starting the game using F4SE?

I've also tried a different release of Sim Settlement, which also will not load. Just to prove I'm not insane, I've also downloaded another random mod (this time New Calibers) and it works fine. The issue seems to be limited to UFO4P and Sim Settlements, but I just can't figure out why.
HeyYou
How many mods are you running?
DarylLicht
Just a dumb comment here, but have you enabled the menus for sim settlements? This has to be done with, IIRC, settlement menu manager, or possibly the city planner holotape. I don't use UFO4P so can't offer any suggestions there.
