I was just about to start modding, new vegas was gonna be my first but then I started looking and most these mods are 12 to 30 downloads a piece very messy vs 1 download plus I see Alot of people messing up there pcs so I'm good ill wait another 10 years for this trash to change... The remaster will probably add raul's outfit as equitable with overhauls from fallout 4 making there way over...

All good comes to those who wait.

I am not aware of any mod that has the requirements that you state. What is your source for this statement?

You are probably reading the requirements wrong. There are two sections to the requirements. The first is what is required for the mod to work. The other is a list of mods that require the mod you are looking at.

You've made it VERY clear that you are reading the REQUIREMENT section of mod pages completely WRONG.

You need to be able to differentiate between what REQUIREMENTS means, vs what MODS REQUIRING THIS FILE means.

In the example below, the mod in question only requires THREE THINGS, the "Legacy of the Dragonborn patches", SKSE64, and SkyUI.

Now, the much longer list below, titled "MOD REQUIRING THIS FILE" is a list of all the other mods, (THAT YOU DON'T NEED TO DOWNLOAD), on the Nexus that Require the Mod in question.

Which YOU DO NOT NEED TO DOWNLOAD, and can be ignored, because it doesn't affect you.

BTW, you're off to a very bad start by referring to mods, as "Trash" considering the error is on your part about not understanding how to read and understand the REQUIREMENT Section properly.
