I tried to understand but nothing. Only thing I more or less understood that your problem got fixed when using Google Chrome. GigiDaniele indicates you could be French, so, pourquoi pas écrire en Français?

tried to manual download with explorer and it wont work but worked fine downloading with chrome it was a file from mount and blade 2 looks like the diplomacymod.

see less ignorance and about 30 seconds of understanding was all it took.
