Looking for small modding team for Fallout games

The download is basically a job application, that's it. There's no real description there of what it's about, just three classifications that he's looking for, level designers, programmers, and modellers.

Just wanted to check if there were people interested. In case they join the team, that's when more specific info would be given out. Not really comfortable posting ideas and stories here or anywhere else - easy pickings. Thank you, either way.

i apologize of my post. but a new user with only 5 post asking people to download a file can seem strange to some people. i always keep my guard up. and i do understand you not wanting to share all of your ideas to the public, ive made that mistake before and another modder took advantage. so i do understand.. sent you a PM hope to hear back from you soon

If you rate yourself as a writer, then you should be able to create a project description that describes what you want to achieve in general terms that don't give away any of the pertinent and unique aspects of the project. Unless of course, you want to use those aspects to attract talented modders.

Being a perfectionist isn't a requirement and is probably more of a hindrance, especially for a team lead.

Putting the details in a pdf when you could've easily included it in the OP also wasn't the best move.

You need to provide persuasive reasons to take the next step and join your project. As it is, you haven't given any.

Thank you for the criticism. You're right about almost everything, but I don't think being a perfectionist is a hindrance. It can be, but it also can be a blessing. Perfection isn't attainable, but if you shoot for it, you'll come closer. I said it was kind of a "requirement" because we'd like to work with like-minded individuals, but it's no problem if someone isn't.

Thanks again for taking the time to comment.
