Bought lifetime membership but it isnt working

Last week I used paypal to buy a membership. My paypal account is tied to a debit card that functions in all ways like a credit card, so your payment should have been instant, rather than 'taking a few days' like you mention about paypals echeque thing.

 

I have tried logging in and out, clicking various things in the member page, etc...nothing. I am still listed as NOT PREMIUM for the *FILES AREAS*.

 

When I am here, in the FORUMS, I show up as PREMIUM..but I do not have premium access in the FILES AREA, which is what I INTENDED TO HAVE.

 

To be blunt..I dont give a fig about your forums. I paid that money intending to get premium access to the FILES, not the FORUMS. Now it appears that you have given me the exact opposite of what I believed I was paying for.

 

 

I have sent at least three emails in to the Nexus. Not only has my account not been modified to be premium, but no one has even bothered to reply to me to even acknowledge that they are checking into it.

 

 

This was a major expenditure for me. I am poor. In point of fact, this darn near broke me. I am a disabled veteran living on a limited income and it took a lot of long hard thought before I bought a membership here. I am going to be living on canned beans, cheap white bread, and water for several days because of this expenditure and the fact that I seem to be getting IGNORED just adds insult to injury at this point.

 

Please do me the courtesy of at least whipping off a 1 line email to me stating what the problem is. Is it paypal? Is it my account? is it your accounts system? what?

 

The money is already gone from my bank account, so I know SOMEONE..either you..or paypal..has my money.

First of all I'm sorry for your problems. I can confirm that atleast on my end I have not received any contact from anybody for quite some time in regards to problems with Premium memberships, either through email or PM. Whether that is a problem with my client, my servers or your client I do not know, but I take the people who are willing to fork out hard earned cash to support me very seriously.

 

I have performed a few tweaks on your premium status that will hopefully sort the issue for you. Can you please log out of the site you are using (TESNexus or FO3Nexus) and log back in again and see if it now works for you? Make sure you log out of the site itself and not the forums, because the logins are seperate!

*EDIT* Working perfectly at the moment. If I have any problems with the file system I'll let you know :)
