Game scan doesn't detect my games

I've run a full games scan on the drive I have all my games installed to. I put the on my secondary drive in a universal game folder (D:\Games\) and vortex doesn't detect any of them. I installed them via GoG Galaxy, Epic Launcher, and Ubisoft Connect. The NexsusMods site has these games listed, and has mods for them, so I know they should be recognized. An example is Alien: Isolation.

Vortex currently manages only about 130 of the over 1000 games whose mods are hosted on the Nexus Mods website. Your games, including "Alien: Isolation," may not yet be managed by Vortex. To see if a game is managed by Vortex, check the Extensions tab on the Vortex dashboard. Also, check here: https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/categories/4/?BH=2. If no game extension is listed, then the game is not supported.

Since Vortex is open source and works via extensions, you can write your own game extensions and submit them to the devs to be added to the extensions library. Here is a template with instructions: https://wiki.nexusmods.com/index.php/Creating_a_game_extension_for_Vortex.

I have the same problem, but it's with State of Decay 2! It will not find it even if i try to scan the game folder where it should have found it easely, but nothing!

State of Decay 2 is NOT SUPPORTED by Vortex

YOu can easily check if a game is supported by going to the GAME tab, typing in the name of the game in the Search Bar, and see if it shows up in the UNMANAGED section.

Did you read the post preceding yours? The solution for your problem was stated there quite plainly. If you had checked the list of extensions, you would have seen that "State of Decay" is supported, but not "State of Decay 2."
