My names Sean, and im looking for around 50-100 voice actors.

I have a huge list of characters for my mod, but it is still in early development, so i don't have too much of the dialogue just yet.

But if your willing to jump aboard, we can find out which character you want to be if its open :).

50-100 may be a lot. Some VAs should voice more than one - they're versatile.

I'd be interested in working with someone who can do a decent Khajiit Male voice.

 

Character profile:

 

Cyrodill-born Khajiit, meaning he has the accent but uses correct pronouns, ~35 years old

thinks high of himself and his craft (alchemy)

speaks in a belittling tone about anything and anyone, including the player, except himself and his craft

sort of like a very impatient instructor

This would be for the main NPC in my "Skooming Skyrim" mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/65259/?

The mod is finished per se, so I would be waiting on the recorded lines from day one

being open for recording additional lines for future updates would be great

Currently there are ~100 lines of dialogue (rough estimation)

 

potentially, you could voice two other Khajiit males with ~10 lines total, as well.

 

Requirements:

 

I am not gonna lie: I am very skeptical about having voice acting in my mods due to anticipated flakiness. I would only want a voice actor who can commit until the job's finished.

Just a thought Emma, I think this site would serve much better if you added everyone's profiles into the first post. List them as males and females into spoiler lists. This thread is a great idea, but it would serve those of us looking for talent better if we didn't have to pour through pages.

 

Is it kind of lazy? yes. But I digress.

Legacy of the Dragonborn open casting for several roles!

 

Legacy of the Dragonborn is a 1+ year old project that is nearing it's final stages of development. I am in the process of final development and the last beta stages before a final version is declared and I still need several voice actors for some small to medium sized roles

 

Eriana

Gender: Female

Race: Imperial

Age: 20's

Occupation: Merchant

Bio: Eriana is a young, would-be trader who has brokered a few deals in the past for Auryen Morellus, the museum curator and she joins the new Explorer's Society guild you create with him and takes the position as the guild quartermaster and opens a small shop in the guild house. She has recruitment intro lines, so general chit chat and merchant lines, a few scene lines or general dialog and some minor lines during two excavation quests

Voice notes: I'm looking for an energetic, hopeful type of voice

 

CASTED- Marassi - CASTED

Gender: Male

Race: Bosmer

Age: 50's (human equivalent)

Occupation: Field Archeologits

Bio: Professor Patero Marassi was first offered the job of relic hunter for the museum by Auryen who has worked with him in the past (the job you now hold) but turned it down at the time. You recruit him for the explorer's society guild and is the main NPC who organizes the large excavations and also provides the assembly station for relic fragments you can start finding everywhere in Skyrim after he joins.

Voice Notes: A voice similar to Esbern. Gruff and to the point, but friendly and inviting. He's dirty looking and a bit rough around the edges but is very smart and has a sense of humor. This is the largest role available at the moment with plenty of main quest lines, excavation lines as well as scenes.

 

Kyre Oldenson

Gender: Male

Race: Nord (Scottish/Irish preferred)

Age: late 20's early 30's

Occupation: Miner

Bio: Kyre enjoys digging but is bored with digging ore. He jumps at the chance to help with the explorer's guild excavations. He also offers to prospect ore for you, occasionally finding more gems or additional trace ore types. He's a fairly laid back guy who is dedicated to his work.

Voice notes: rather than a typical nord accent I'd prefer something more subtle like a trace irish accent or scottish or something along those lines, but very light.

 

Avram Jazir

Gender: Male

Race: Redguard

Age: mid 30's

Occupation: Mercenary turned museum guard

Bio: Avram was once a cut throat bandit in Hammerfell but turned his back on his old ways to start again. His past catches up with him and brings calamity on the museum and you. With his help you fix the problems and stop his evil brother. This role has already been recorded by myself but I'd easily redo it for the right voice actor. It's a decent size role with one large quest line and some incidental lines. I'd also like to flesh him out into a full follower at some point as well

Voice Notes: Michael dorn aka Warf from Star Trek the next generation is exactly what I would like for him. I got it close with some editing, so I know someone else out there may be able to do the same more better

 

Latoria

Gender: Female

Age: 20's

Race: Khajiit

Occupation: Apprentice wizard

Bio: Latoria dropped out of the college of Winterhold because she learns more by communing with ancient magical sites than from reading and the explorer's guild gives her a great chance for that. She crafts jewelry as a hobby and makes a really nice signet ring for you for the guild and also has a quest for you to gather ruined books and turn them in to her in exchange for rewards. She also has some minor line sin excavation quests and incidental lines

Voice Notes: Typical khajiit, nothing out of the norm

 

CASTED- Jerrin -CASTED

Gender: Male

Race: Nord

Age: 30's

Occupation: Museum patron (that's about it)

Bio: Jerrin is independently wealthy but is very laid back and not stuck up about the fact. He spends most his days at the museum and just enjoys taking in the sites around him

Voice: Just a typical nord, kind of brash but interested in the museum. Minor role, just a few lines outside the museum and some inside that comment on displays

 

Lorna

Gender: Female

Age: 20's

Race: Nord

Occupation: Patron

Bio: Lorna's husband was killed while in the imperial army and she now spends most her time trying to keep her son Henry out of trouble and distracts him with frequent trips to the museum. Minor role, just some comments in the museum and a few lines outside

Voice Notes: Light accent, slightly mournful voice, still mourning the loss of her husband.

 

CASTED- Jelal Jazir -CASTED

Gender: Male

Age: late 30's

Occupation: Bandit leader

Bio: Jelal is the older brother of Avram and follows him to Skyrim after he flees his past. Jelal robs the museum and you and Avram confront him in the end. This is a minor part with just one scene but I really am looking for a certain voice.

Voice Notes: Jelal is sly and sinister, a silver tongues devil with a shrewd tone. I picture a light arabic voice with extensive articulation. He's very manipulative.
