c00chie69420
Hi guys im new to the modding scene and i was wondering if i could get some help with a problem i was having. I have skyrim installed on a samsung t7 external ssd and all game files and vortex files that have to do with modding are on that ssd. for some reason when i try to deploy my mods it only gives me one option fofr the method and it does not seem to work. This is all becuase none of my mod plugins are showing up and this is what vortex told me would work.

Tannin42
Move deployment is a fallback when you have the staging and game folder on a filesystem that doesn't support hard links, like FAT or ReFS.Vortex has another option called "symlinks" but that isn't supported by all games. Why the move deployment doesn't work I can't say, not with the information you provided.
