Downloads still capped at 1mb/s after upgrading to premium?

title. How come its still capped? I've tried increasing threads and it does nothing. If the download stays capped I want a refund.

1. cancel any download(s) you started before you became a premium member

2. Log out of the Nexus

3. Log out of Vortex (If you use it)

4. Log back in to The Nexus and Vortex.

5. Go to your NEXUSMODS Profile, click SITE PREFERENCES

6. Click PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP PREFERENCES

7. In the PREFERRED DOWNLOAD LOCATION Dropdown menu, select a PREMIUM Server that's close to you, or the one that gives you the best speed.

If that doesn't work see I'm having download issues, what can I do?

Thank you so much! Why is that list not readily available after signing up for Premium?? I spent like 20 minutes browsing the forums trying to find a fix but never found that.
