BlazeStryker
Hi. I tried Vortex a few months after you rolled it out and... it didn't go well. I don't blame anyone, Vortex is a powerful tool for many, many games, some of which NMM just isn't set for. That all said, I recently found out that Vortex has a tool for determining Bethie engine mods' suitability for conversion to ESPFE format (the Grail for many due to in-game explorers and the horror that is the load order limit) Might this toll not do well presented as a separate utility for the MO 2/NMM crowd? Wrye has a function but it's limited in scope and meant for full ESL conversion rather than flagging an ESP file. Certain quirks of the individual Bethie Rimfall games make performance similar but still individual in certain regards. Wrye has come a long way but its origins in Oblivion modding really show when it comes to Fallout 4, so believe me when I say that I am not faulting anyone for anything here. I merely ask if this would be of interest to anyone in the Vortex team. Thanks for your time.
Tannin42
The LOOT library (https://github.com/loot/libloot) is doing all the heavy lifting on determining if a file is suitable for conversion. Us creating and maintaining such a specialized tools isn't really practical, we are a small team and have limited capacity. But it shouldn't be a big project for anyone who can code c++ (or javascript if you use the wrapper at https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/node-loot or python if you use the one at https://github.com/loot/libloot-python)
Pickysaurus
You could always give Vortex another shot :) It has a few nifty features other mod managers lack!
