I don't want his unofficial patches!

Not including the Unofficial patches would require maintaining two versions of the mod. Very few authors will do that since the Unofficial patch fixes many, many, many problems and does not cause any problems.

If you had a problem, it was likely a conflict of some sort. You should fix that. Reading what the window said seems like a good start.

if you dont want a mod, don't install it. if you've installed it, remove it. then move on. job done.

also, don't make posts like this, it won't end well for you.

I uninstalled it and restarted the game, it was impossible to play Skyrim as soon as I was on the main menu I had a window: I don't know what it said but it didn't have an OK button, there was nothing to remove the window.

The unofficial patch doesn't do anything like that.

The only thing that brings up a window is the Skyrim Launcher which may have not 'filled' in and looked like a blank window, and SKSE which should only pop up a quick window.

But the unofficial patch does not pop up any kind of window, nor does any other mod I know of

Skyrim itself will pop up a window such as "This save game is missing content that was previously installed" etc

Did you verify your local files through Steam?

But no that the dragon script that makes the window, not the unofficial patches

So if that's the case, then it's ok to use the Unofficial Patch then.

Do you have all the DLC?

You should, with the Legendary Edition, and Skyrim SE was free for a time if you already owned Skyrim LE, both of which come with all the DLC

Uninstalling and Reinstalling the game won't get rid of any mods, because Steam only removes the game files, it leaves behind any files it didn't install, so whatever that Dragon Script is you're talking about will stay there.

You have to actually manually delete the game folder or the data folder to get rid of the mods

that's what I did I did but it didn't do anything: but that's all in the past since I got a new Skyrim. What bothers me is unofficial patches, which I don't want to use.

Then don't use them, and only use mods that don't require the Unofficial Patches and stop complaining.

I don't know why you refuse to use the unofficial patches though, either you don't have the DLC, or you're just bandwagoning, because the patches FIX a LOT of broken things in the game.
